Returns and Refunds 

Can I return a product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer an exchange or refund (excluding sale items). You can return or exchange a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase at spoaknz@gmail.com to communicate the reasoning for the return or exchange of the item.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was incorrect or faulty, and the return shipping fee will be your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed until we have received and inspected the returning product.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect item?
If you have received your purchase and it is damaged or not what you had ordered please contact us immediately upon discovering the error at spoaknz@gmail.com. You must process your request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and any faulty or incorrect product may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days. 

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5 working days. If the item was faulty or incorrect we will cover the cost of all shipping incurred when replacing the item. 

Can I return sale items?
Please choose sale items carefully, as we can’t return or exchange them for change of mind. If you have received a sale item that is incorrect or faulty, our standard returns and refunds policy applies. If you have any queries please contact us: spoaknz@gmail.com.
